Maureen is the former publisher and executive editor of Good Promotional Practices.
Most recently, Maureen was Vice President of Life Sciences for Prolifiq, a software company providing enterprise mobile apps that allow sales reps to easily find, share, discuss and measure managed, compliant content during customer interactions. Prior to joining Prolifiq, Maureen acquired over twenty years of experience in developing and launching frontier technologies in industry-leading medical device companies. She was Vice President of Marketing at InSet Technologies, Inc. (now Medasys), a developer of implantable pumps for targeted intraspinal drug delivery to treat chronic pain. Prior to that, Maureen was Vice President of Marketing at AtriCure, Inc. (ATRC), the market leader in minimally invasive cardiac ablation.
Maureen’s extensive career includes launching the first angioplasty balloon with Cordis Corporation (now a division of Johnson & Johnson), introducing a market-changing product to replace vascular sutures at United States Surgical (now Covidien) and bringing to market more than 100 minimally invasive cardiac surgery devices at Heartport, Inc. She holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.
